1. Compliments - People are surprised by my age and regularly give me ten years less. Often they think that my skin is exclusively genetics or expensive face creams, but the most important thing is my way of eating and living. Nutrition and yoga affect my appearance, and this is clearly seen. But few people are ready to give up and change diet, activities, etc., because such a way of life requires attention and dedication and the time needed to observe the progress for the better. In my case, the look is only a reflection of the way of life, because I do not do it because of its looks but for the sake of health.
2. Morning - I wake up early, I drink water with lemon and celery juice, so I go on a day in practice, meditation or breakfast, depending on how tired and how much time I have. It is very important for me to prepare for the working day in the morning.
3. Yoga - I practice yoga since I was 12, when I started meditating and practicing pranayama exercises and stopped eating meat. I have always been attracted to healthy nutrition, spiritual knowledge and meditation. I practice ashtanga yoga sometimes five, sometimes two times a week, but always in the Pink Elephant Yoga House studio in Zagreb. In the summer I regularly go to Ashtanga yoga retreat, and throughout the year and to various other seminars of yoga around the world. Yoga is best suited for me as a form of healthy physical activity, and I love to walk, swim, ride a bike...
4. Spirit - To meditate and maintain mental hygiene at least two or three times a week. I regularly go to long walks in fantastic Zagreb parks and city forests.
5. Gourmand - I'm very careful about nutrition. I do not eat refined sugar, gluten, meat and dairy products. I like to eat, I'm a gourmet and I like to cook. At home I always have fresh vegetables, salads and fruit for smoothies and juices, all organic origins, then essential cereals - brown rice, quinoa, amaranth, millet, and now there is my mother's home made winter food.
6. Supplements - I consume ginger, vitamins C, B and D, shatavar and probiotics daily. My favorites are probiotics and ginger that keep my digestion and circulation in check, and occasionally I drink folic acid, spirulina, green magma and maca.
7. Shoots - I mainly carry my food and drinks - fruits, salads, teas, because I would otherwise eat bakery products, pizzas, biscuits and artificial juices on a daily basis. After shooting, if I come home at a decent time, I go for a walk, stay in fresh air, encourage circulation, which literally saves me after full-day shooting in closed studios without a window.
8. Powder - I cannot imagine a day without a thin layer of liquid foundation. I like using light, airy foundations. They make me more confident, in spite of really good skin, it is reactive and thin and a little red.
9. Care - A well-groomed skin requires less coverage and layers, and automatically leaves the impression of fresh and younger skin, but it is not only a result of care, but also a reflection of the overall way and the routine of life. Which means that the skin is also affected with what we bring into ourselves - food and drink, and how much we sleep and stay in the fresh air. Make-up is here to make us little more confident.
10. Tricks - One of the basic make-up tricks is the order of using skincare and make-up products. Regular facial cleansing with mild cleansers and skin hydration will provide a beautiful skin and even more beautiful makeup. A high-quality powder that is applied by gentle movements of your fingers, brush, or sponge will equalize the skin and cover possible skin irregularities, curling eyelashes before applying mascara gives a more open look, creamy pink blush on the tips of the cheekbones contributes to the freshness and restful appearance face, and lip balm applied before lipstick with lips gives fullness and tenderness.
