Clean, bright, fresh, without blackheads, pimples, and other imperfections, this is the skin on which we all dream and lust for. We often hear that the washing of the face is necessary and that the daily washing soaps are only way to remove the rest of the make-up off your face, and also dirt and pollution which comes to the skin from the air. However, the problem is that the majority of soaps for washing the face are too aggressive for the skin. They remove natural oils from face skin and with their use, we further dry out and take off the natural skin protection. When the skin feels dry, it is trying to regenerate itself so that, due to lack of moisture, secrete even more fat.
My dry skin is a proof that the skin was looking for more hydration after a huge amount of proven soaps, gels, emulsions for washing and removing makeup. But since I discovered natural oils for washing faces which dissolve make-up and thereby nourish the skin, no one happier than me. Massaged into the face, the oils extract most of the impurities from the skin, leaving the skin soft and hydrated, but in the long run assist the health and appearance of skin. Oil cleansing help the skin maintain a natural pH, have antibacterial properties, and the results of their work can be seen immediately.
If you enrich your routine with cleansing oils, you will introduction new ingredients in your beauty regime whose benefits you can see immediately. The right balance is in perfect harmony of ingredients which may vary according to the needs of your skin. The content of this oil is a fortune - antioxidants, omega fatty acids, the active ingredients for extremely dry skin, acne, anti-aging. Fatty skin can be easily recovered using oil because it doesn’t contain silicones, glycerin and similar substances that can clog pores and thus become comedogenic. Dry skin absorbs the oil and maintain the level of hydration throughout the day and night.
1. Basic cleaning
Select base oil - coconut, jojoba, grape, apricot kernel, olives and avocados are a good option. Pour the oil in your hands. Rub the face with a circular motion. Place a hot towel over your face. Wait until it cools down, then repeat. Steam pulls loose dirt from the pores. Gently wipe the remaining oil.
2. Deep cleaning
In this method we use castor oil, which has a powerful effect of cleansing, healing and anti-inflammatory properties and can purify pores, together with the wet base oil. Use cold-pressed sunflower oil, olives, nuts or any of the foregoing.
The ratios of oil to the skin condition:
Oily skin - a mixture of 30% castor oil + 70% olive oil
Balanced skin - a mixture of 20% castor oil + 80% olive oil
Dry skin - a mixture of 10% castor oil + 90% olive oil
The mixtures are applied as previously described.
