Eyebrow pencils are simple and time sparing beauty product. Excellent for filling in areas where eyebrows do not grow evenly, for lining out, filling in and coloring the "tail", but also great for concealing scars that are potentially visible in the brows.
I always like to emphasize eyebrows with perfectly matched shade and texture so I can create light, short strokes to mimic hair. That's why I use pens that have a thin top, which makes them very precise. Thoroughly comb your eyebrows then apply pencil. During filling in or drawing in, becareful and follow the natural lines. After application comb out slightly upward. Finally, you can apply some of fixing products such as a transparent gel for eyebrows or translucent wax.
I love CHANEL Sculpting Eyebrow pencil for its texture. The creamy, matte and long-lasting texture looks just like eyebrow and I like to use it to achieve a more natural effect. Super easy to blend and looks seamless.
One of my favorite eyebrow pencils is Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz. Very long lasting pencil and does not pull the skin when applying. That says a lot about its texture. Ultra-thin tip is ideal for filling, drawing or defining eyebrows and size of it is best for short and small strokes.
Really good eyebrow pencil is Urban Decay Brow Beater which is as thin and precise for drawing or filling in eyebrows. It has a wonderful creamy texture that glides over the skin and looks very natural when applied to the hair.
Charlotte Tilbury has excellent eyebrow pencil - Brow Lift. Name of this product reveals that it is a 3in1 products containing a pencil, highlighter and a comb. This pen, unlike the previous two, has a thin flat top. The advantage of a flat shape in that filling eyebrows looks more natural. For strong definition you can always use the pointy tip of the pencil.
MAC Eye Brows Pencil is also great quality pencil. I love the use them for bolder looks and stronger definition because it gives a very intense color overlay. Has a thin tip, somewhat thicker than ABH eyebrow pencil, so I like to apply and comb through and repeat the process until I get the desired look.
